Hello there,
Welcome to this month's edition of the Include Digital Digest, your monthly round-up of industry news, trivia and viral.
More gadgets than you can shake a stick at
Apple has released
several iPods, including
the new Shuffle, which is
smaller than a grain of rice, rendering it completely invisible to the naked eye. Meanwhile,
Microsoft is throwing its considerable weight behind the
Zune, a
hand-held media player with built-in wifi for file sharing.
The video game market has also seen a flurry of activity, with Sony revealing that the PlayStation 3 will be delayed
until 2007. Given that the machine was announced around the same time as the Commodore Vic-20, this
delay comes as little surprise. Nintendo's Wii, however,
is still on schedule for a pre-Christmas release.
On the home front
We've been trying to alter the acoustic response of our office, after clients have reported that "it
sounds like you're on the toilet" during telephone calls (feel free to give us a call, you'll see what we mean). The only
solution is to call in an acoustician, or hire a grossly obese, soundwave-absorbing employee.
And finally...
We're releasing the closed beta of our new web app in the next few weeks.
Drop us a line if you're interested, and we'll send you login
details nearer the time.
Bye for now xxx
